when im doing ab workouts on the floor such as V ups, leg climbers, anything that has your in V position (chest up, legs Up) i get really bad pains at the tailbone....i tried using mats, it helps a little, but starts to become painful for me not to finish my sets whcih doesnt allow me to gain effectiveness in my workouts....any tips or types of exercises.....i use machines, but that isnt effective as the onces on the floor...i know it isnt broken since i can sit normally wihtout pain, just when i put pressure dong exercises that it occurs
