tacobell didnt use gloves or hair net HELP PLEASE?

HEY, i went to tacobell and recorded them make taco without gloves or hairney, i contacted tacobell then said they will give me a coupon for the meal i ate !!! , should i take it or should i demand more . i have a video , and it clearly shows them without gloves and hair net, ,,, , ,, i am 15 so please help me with what i should do !!!
