taco bell disloyal to their customers anyone agree?

I wrote taco bell two times, I had a hair in my burrito and was missing an item. I didn't even receive an email with an apology or anything.

Anyone else have similar issues?
 
They probably get many "hey, there's a hair in my burrito," letters everyday; mostly from people just looking for freebies. Unless it's sent from a law firm, they're likely to disregard it.
 
they shortchanged me my cinnamon sticks.
i only get like two when i go to my location.
i found a bandaid in my taco once. i haven't gone back since.
