Taco bell disloyal to their customers anyone agree...?

I wrote taco bell two times, I had a hair in my burrito and was missing an item. I didn't even receive an email with an apology or anything.

Anyone else have similar issues?
 
C'mon, you're eating at a place that was cited for advertising
"pure ground beef"that was actually only 33% ground beef,
and which they defended as being 85% ground beef.

If they're selling you slop like that, do you really think
they care about quality control or customer service?
