TABE test results able to transfer?

I have recently taken the TABE test at a vocational school when I was looking into a nursing certification, and have decided to go to a local community college instead. I was wondering if the test scores can be used at a community college so I will not need to re-take the TABE test. Any credible information is greatly appreciated :) Thank you!
