T749 Highlight user code reset

I have a phone which is user locked, but I don't have the user lock code. Is there anyway to reset the phone. The usual samsung reset codes don't work because I can't enter "#", beside the fact that the codes are too long to fit in the user code field.
 
Flashing Phone,Downloader V5.60.Flash file found in support Z3X.
