is there any way to use the recorded memos from "record sound" and transfer them to ringtones? for ex. recording part of a song and set it as my ringtone. or maybe there's an alternative, but without using polyphonic style

As Cocoa8301 said, it can't be done. And even if it could, the ring wouldn't be loud enough for you to hear it.
