T5 won't charge

I am a resident who relies on my T5 for several medical applications.
It has been working okay, and charging fine, for a couple of months but now has completely stopped charging!
I have tried almost all of the resets (solft, hard, cradle), but now the battery is so low it will not stay on.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas?

I would appreciate a response!

I have intermittent trouble with mine not charging but it is a connection problem. SOmetimes I have to jiggle the plug that does the hotsynch/charge and check that it is charging. You could try a travel charger if you have one - mine definitely works better with that.
