T5 and Nokia 6310i .. bluetooth dialling

My T5 does send & receive business cards over bluetooth to 6310i.
But when I try to dial from the address book I get: "Unable to load Phone Services. Please Re-install Phone Services .... "

Have installed latest PhoneLink updater (apparently successfully) relevant files as advised by PalmOne. But problem symptoms remain the same.

Has anyone got 6310i and T5 talking properly over bluetooth?
 
I'm using a T3 and Nokia 7610, so I am not sure if my experience/solution will work for your set-up. It also took me quite a long time to configure my units to work with each other.

First of all, even the latest PalmOne phonelink update did not work with my 7610 until I updated to the latest 7610 firmware (free at the Nokia Care Center). This could solve your problem if your phone is more than 4 months old. (With this upgrade I was able to successfully connect to Internet, Email, dial phone numbers and send SMS from my T3).

Secondly (I'm sure you have done this, but), make sure that your "Phone" in Preferences->Connections is properly set to your phone model and that the correct driver is selected. Test it, using the "test" button. Test results will be shown.
