T3 Digitizer problem

My wife's T3 does not seem to have a properly functioning digitizer. I tried resetting the digitizer and also removing the screen protector. I've seen some software to fix this but don't know if this is the answer. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Do you have any third-party apps loaded on the device that might be causing the issue? Also, you might want to check whether debris has been caught between the screen and body of the device. Some times debris in between the screen and casing can cause unexpected digitizer issues.

Also, you might want to perform a soft reset.
