T3 cradle hotsync problem

When I set up my new T3, it managed to do the initial restore of my info, originally on a Vx. Thereafter, it refuses to communicate via the USB cradle. It will hotsync using BlueTooth. If I do a hard re-set, wiping the unit completely, it then hotsyncs OK, i.e. does a restore. I've checked cradle, cable, conduit groups and settings as per PalmOne site-but no joy. Can anyone help?
 
There are many apps (and nearly all hacks) out there which are not PalmOS 5.x compatible and it is likely that you had one or more of them on your old Vx. Each time you sync your old Vx stuff to your new T3, you are inadvertently installing some non-compatible code.

You might start by visiting a place like palmgear.com or handango.com and looking up each of your 3rd-party apps/hacks to see if there is a compatible version available.

Other than that, after syncing your T3, try deleting suspect apps one at a time followed by a soft reset and then attempt a USB sync.
