T2 Wont Turn On...helpppppp

Ok.,....So my palm wont turn on. Ive done everything, soft reset...recharge and I am not paying to get advice if they cant even help me for sure. It comes with a charger not actual batteries and I am not sure if i can take the big battery out (this is the first palm i have ever had and i am new to this) and i dont want to break it. Please tell me someone can help me?????? :mad:
 
When your T2 is in the charger is the LED on? If not then it's not charging.

2 things that can cause it not to charge - bad power supply or battery connection.

If it's not on....it's bad either way and you should figure out a way to exchange it but since this seems to be a used unit that you bought.....then I assume that's not going to happen easily.
 
Do you have a sd card in the slot. If so remove it to see if it will turn on. If the green light does come on, then it is charging. It may be as simple as letting it charge overnight. Do not try to turn it on while it is charging overnight. If it will not come on in the morning, then it is something more serious. Good Luck.
