Interesting problem...
I bought the T|X a week after release. I noticed that it would do a soft reset at completely random times. It would happen when using a hardware button or accessing programs through menus. There was no way to predict it and no way to duplicate it. I finally had Palm send me a reconditioned unit and have the same result. Happens every day. Very annoying, but unit otherwise works fine. Must be a program that I am running. I do not think I am running drivers and definitely no hacks. I turned off the Palm keyboard driver with no change in symptom.
How can I identify some of the unnecessary programs so I can delete trash that the Palm install program installs that I will never use? Some of the programs are completely unfamiliar to me.
