T|X - Make input go away while pdf viewing

Hi gang,

A newbie to the T|X and the board; thanks for all the great tips & tricks!

I love Jesus and I'm big into Project Mgmt apps.

Wow, love my T, feels great to be back in the saddle again; been away for a long time. My last pda was the first US Robotics Palm Pilot. Whoops, givin away my age.

Anybody know how to make the grafiti boxes/keyboard go away when viewing pdfs? Using Adobe Reader v3.05 but confused.

I just started using it today as well. I noticed the sme thing. I dont think it supports the full screen view. I dont think adobe has updated the software in a while.

Thanks for the confirm 69! The goto page option doesn't work either.

I'm having a prob with a pdf ebook I've downloaded too; the book is readable going pg by pg, ugh! If I try to select the "tbl of contents" T|X locks up completely; have to reboot. Any thoughts on pdf ebook construction?

fnagle, how about the DataViz upgrade to 8 for pdf viewing, any experience with the app?
 
If you can, I'd suggest saving your pdf as a txt document and converting it to Plucker format. I've used both the pdf viewers above as well as Picsel viewer on a Clie. The problem with anything that views pdfs in native format is that the scrolling is always pretty awkward. Plucker on the other hand is very simple and easy to use. Of course, this opinion comes from someone who primarily does e-book reading. You may need to view pdfs for a reason other than that. If you do in my experience Pdf to go that comes with Docs to go 8 is the best option.
