Ok so i think track tryouts are NEXT WEEK T-T and im soooo slow. I run 60m in 13.45 seconds 13.45 seconds is suupperr slow. i came in 4th out of 6th All my other friends said i did awsome but one of them said i cant run. even though she knows i want to do track Her time was 12.46 seconds. Still faster than i am. but i really got offended off of that. she was like "No offense but you cant run" srsly. I know i was slow. but really?? Omg sorry ranted T-T so i really wanna be a sprinter (60m, 80m, etc) so how can i bump my speed up to maybe 10.45 or lower?? i can run around my street but dont know how to measure the meters D: And Would Jump Rope help my endurance?? Thanks

Btw i know this may sound awful but i can run up are down my driveway in 5 seconds. if i keep doing that over are over would it somehow end up helping me in the long run?
