T-MobileWeb - would that allow me Gmail Access?

Wondering if the 5.99 T-MobileWeb option will let me get my gmail, as opposed to getting the 9.99 Blackberry Internet mail?

I don't need a data plan, I just want to be able to get my email and text .

Thanks for you help.

You can use the T-Mobile web to access T-Zones which I believe will give you access to your gmail. Also ask for the Blackberry feature enabler in order to send MMS.

I do not think the $5.99 plan will work. You will need the blackberry data plans. $9.99 is a good deal if you just want email (no web surfing) since most other carriers are $30 (Verizon, Cingular).

Where it won't work to get the Push Email, I'm pretty sure he can access gmail through T-Zones. But you are right. For the extra 4 dollars, it's a great deal.

Ok.

I went on the T-mobile site to add BlackBerry Unlimited E-mail Add-on for 9.99
and got a pop-up saying that was in-compatible with the Free BlackBerry Feature Enabler. Which I believe was allowing me to IM and MMS sending using my Text Messaging plan.

If I disable it will I no longer be able to do IM/MMS?

Correct, the BB feature enabler is a "switch" that allows you, without the BB data plan, to send/receive MMS. Without it you will not be able to. I would call 611 and ask the CSR to make the change for you. They might have more "power" to add the $9.99 feature with the free Feature Enabler that you want.

The same features you get with the BB enabler are included with the 9.99 BB email only feature. If you add the feature on you will be able to IM, MMS, SMS, and email. Hope it helps.
