t-mobile with free wap

after searching i think free wap is the term used by you guys for editing a phone's settings to connect to internet through my computer and the provider sees it as a data call.

anyway, what t-mobile phones are capable of doing this?

P.S. i don't want a pda/smartphone, i already have a palm TX
 
after looking around even more, i realized that i should rephrase my question. i like playing around with tech devices and my current phone(samsung e315) wont let me do anything. i want my next phone to have bluetooth, be able to use google maps, and be generally easy to hack.
