Any site/info that would compare ATT and TMo services? I just wanted to see a direct price comparison of similar plans/services.

I work for T-Mobile and My wife works for ATT. We have WAY BETTER PRICES on Rate plans but they always get the hottest phones first!! What do you want to know?

I agree with tlmcclaskey.
The best comparison is the one that you do. Others may be biased, or focused on things of little importance to you.

My experience (I use both AT&T & T-Mobile) is that both are good, & the top two in my opinion.

Most important for you or anyone to focus on is the coverage area, and specifically in your home town. After all your phone is only as good as the signal it has to work with. And that varies for everyone. Also you cannot count on any carriers "coverage maps". Best is for you to use the trial period to see if the service works for you. Both carriers make it very easy & low cost to try them out.

Hope this helps you.

just me .02 cents-- tmo has better rate plans and also better customer service.
att however always gets the new phones first...

Yeah AT&T has better phones, T-Mobile is a bit cheaper on avergae, but for me most of the time I just go by where you live. ATT always talks about having more bars however where my school is I have better service with T-Mobile. Ask people in the areas you are the most what carriers they have and how their coverage is.

I have had both carriers (AT&T when it was Houston Cellular. Switched to T-Mobile right after the name change from VoiceStream, in 2003). I have had coverage issues with T-Mo that were easily solved by replacing the phone and/or SIM card. I never had any problems on Houston Cellular. Both carriers work fine in my house and area. My parents are still currently on AT&T so I know it still works.

The deal sealer for me is that T-Mobile is WAY cheaper than AT&T as a college student. I was on a family plan with my parents on Houston Cellular so I never saw my portion of the bill LOL

HOWEVER, once I start working, I may switch due to the fact that AT&T gets phones I want. I have my eye on a certain AT&T phone but I'm not forking out $300 for an unlocked GSM version. Also, the data and voice prices are slightly higher but I will be able to afford it.

Just my take on the 2 carriers. Who knows, I may be able to afford one phone on each carrier LOL

This is the way I'm setup. One line with AT&T. The other line with T-Mobile.

Both are good with their own set of pros & cons. I find that in my home area each has good coverage. However when traveling near or far, AT&T is far superior. When one looks very closely at every component of the monthly bill the difference between the two is much less than the general myth about AT&T being significantly less I have not found that to be the case. A little less it's true but when I total the last three years for both, there is a 3% difference in favor of T-mo. That does not make up for the lack of coverage.

I have both. Pearl with ATT and Curve with Tmobile.
Att is paid for by work but when I was checking into getting a curve and got the rates then I ended up saving 15 a month with T-Mobile. Their BB plan cheaper. I would probably have went with only ATT but I only get two bars or less in my apartment and I get 4-5 with T-Mobile.

i'm bias and think t-mobile has the best but you get more for your money with t-mobile. but you can check out both carriers web sites

Having been with At&t for six years, I can tell you there's room for improvement in regard to familiarity with Blackberry products and how the system functions. It would also be very helpful if we could download an icon to our homescreen that would take us to a Blackberry friendly site where we could maintain our At&t accounts.
However, in renewing my contract with them recently I compared their costs and features for the first time in years with Tmo and Verizon. The conclusion was that rate plans and features were fairly comparable among the three.
My conclusion was that in regard to systems and hardware in place Tmo was in the Bush Leagues compared to At&t.
