I'm thinking it will roll out sooner then later.....I heard that its being released in Seattle this week.

It should work with any phone that has WiFi. It would be stupid for TMO to pass up a way to charge people for additional services.

It only works with UMA handsets, not all wifi phones will work. This is due to hardware not software.
