T-Mobile To Go Question

For any T-Mo reps who are on the boards, I would like some assistance. I am considering converting a Samsung e635, that I bought this past September and used on a contract, to a T-Mobile To Go (prepaid) phone for voice and text when I don't want to carry my BB. Is this possible and how do I go about doing this? Thanks.

T-mobile has designated sim chips for prepaid service. My suggestion, or the easiest, would be to go pick up the Nokia 6010 prepaid phone. In it, there is the phone, sim card, and an activation phone. You get 60 minutes, or $15 of airtime. You can just activate the sim card, and put that in you phone you want to use. The whole kit runs under $30. Get ahold of me after you get it, I would like credit for it, and I'll give you a free $10 to go card. Let me know!

I actually may just get that Nokia phone kit because I just remembered I hated the problems I had with the Samsung phone. It froze, dropped calls and rebooted itself several times a day LOL

Doobs is a salesman like me..... it's in the blood!

Heh heh heh... I also have about 50 $10 prepaid cards I can use on new activations. I figured I'd give her more for her money, a benefit to a fellow rabroader!

Is the 6010 still available? I didn't see it on their site under Prepaid phones I see the Samsung t319, Motorola Razr V3 and the Nokia 6101.
