What am I missing about hooking up my bb to my computer to use the internet?

Are you using the 8700? If so u need to delete your old modem connection if you made one for an old bb device. Also u need the bewest dt software. It already installs the modem fo you. All u have to do is nake a new dial up connection and ur good.

How is the T-Mobile MDA? I know this is a BB forum, but is the T-Mobile MDA worth getting?

I have heard a lot of problems with the MDA mostly software problems. I had a friend who had one and returned it because it kept frezing, and so forth

Been with TMO for a LONG LONG LONG time. Pay my bill on time and according to them a great customer.

Who can I speak to get the ball rolling on this?
