t-mobile service plan help

hi, i'm hoping someone knowledgable about flexpay plans can help me out here.

call forwarding for youmail is mission critical to my startup business. as you may know call forwarding is not allowed on most, if not all flexpay accounts.

however, the myFaves for families 700 with FlexPay list call forwarding as service provided.

tmobile reps on the phone and in store seem very uncertain about this, can anyone confirm that call forwarding is allowed on this plan?

i could just opt for att, but t-mobile is the cheaper option.

jmitchy,

Welcome to rabroad! I have Pm'd a Mod that I believe has experience with Flex Pay so make sure you are checking back for replies!

I have a T-Mobile Flex-Pay account and I have to admit, I've never used call forwarding. I'll see if I can give it a go and post back here in a bit. (I don't even know how to activate it yet.)

Right! The call "can't be completed" with *72. I do not have a family plan - it's a simple 1-number account. Have you check it out through phone>options, etc? I was trying and got interrupted. It looks like it won't work on flex-pay as is true with several other "normal" T-mo features.

It doesn't work for me. I went to phone>options and set up the new number and changed all the call forward options to that number. I turned off the "forwarding" phone and called it. I got a leave a voice msg, and did, but it didn't forward - it went to the "forwarding" phone and announced it when I turned it back on.

Also, it keeps re-setting the call forward number back to the default (T-mo number I guess) - I can set to the number I want to forward to but it won't take and keep it.

I tried - sorry it won't work. T-mobile's service in Arkansas is horrible - mostly why I keep it is for the extra number at home, the (8320) wi-fi and I have a GOB of minute left on it that won't expire for months.
