Now being told that nothing is shipping for me until the 23rd at the earliest. I'm officially pissed now that I see others ordered on the same day and already have their phones.
 
I ordered the 8900 2/12, and TMO still cannot give me a tracking number or estimated shipping date..."on back order" is all I get from them. Anyone else have any better luck with orders on or after 2/12?
 
Same thing happened to me. And to make things worse, I have talked to reps several days in a row and have been told it would be shipping the following day. And when I asked to escalate, they said there wasn't an avenue for it. Clueless.

I told them today I would take my business elsewhere and buy an iPhone if they don't handle my account immediately. The rep said a business manager would call me today, and she added 200 minutes to my phone. This rep seemed fairly proactive, and was the first to be aware there was a problem to be escalated.

I will leave and take my account elsewhere... And I will fight their stupid fees to the death.
 
My TMO Corp account rep told me that their order system is screwed up... and My order is not showing up in their system. Ordered an 8900 on 02.12 and still have not received it.
 
Just recieved an email from my corp rep.... Here is what he had to say:

To all,
Please be advised that the BB 8900 is currently on back order for all upgrades. There is an estimated date of Feb. 27th for inventory.

I actually canceled my order. I had to speak with customer retention and they were great. They are sending me a brand spanking new 8320, because mine is a mess. So I am now going to wait until I am back in Chicago at my own home (working from Miami for a few months).

By the way, don't spend your money at the South Beach Miami location (Alton Road). They are rude and wouldn't upgrade me because I wasn't 30 days from the end of my contract. Honestly. Customer Retention is referring it to corporate because they turned her down... TMO has issues!
 
Looks like UPS is showing shipment is on the way. It sure would be nice though if T-Mobile's system was updated and could actually tell me that it was no longer on back order or if the reps could at least have access to the tracking number.
 
i ordered mine express on thursday (2/19) haventheard anything thought maybe a friday or saturday delivery. nope maybe today somehow. i called tmo cs about 10 minutes ago they said i should expect it the 8th or the 9th only one problem im currently in the buyers remorse 2 weeks period to return my 8320 since i left my last 8320 in a taxi so im guessing if i dont get it by thursday im just gonna go to a store and buy a 8707 because there wicked cheap until i get it i was going to just order something not backordered online when cs said i wouldnt be able to since my phones still being processed but upon goin to the upgrade a phone section it said i could instead of still being processsed so maybe they just dont know and it will be here today? idk fingers crossed that i dont get stuck buying a 8900 and a 8320 both at retail!!!!
 
I had ordered our 8900s (2 of them) 2/12 to be sent by mail (my billing address is a PO Box), and since then I kept getting the "back order" sob story. Saturday I was told they had been mailed Friday (2/20), and they gave me a Priority Mail tracking number. Today is Monday (2/23), and I am unpacking them as I type! THE WAIT IS OVER FOR US!!!
