Ordered mine on the 13th, still no information at the UPS website. This is really upsetting, and I'm leaving for the Air Force on Feb 24th! I want to get my 8900 before I leave dammit!

I called tmobile today and unfortunately, they have no information on when it will be shipped. Grrrrrrr
 
If you know there is going to be a really awesome new BlackBerry out, why complain when you ordered the day it came out. Go to a store and buy it there. I work for t-mobile. The phone is hot. We sell out within 2 days of every shipment so far. People, the phone isn't a limit edition model. Sometimes not everyone gets the phone first.

The stores were not offering the discounts that people got when calling in. 4 tmobile stores told me i had to pay retail price of $499
That is unreal to me after 7 plus years of service with them.
The only way to get the discount was to call and speak to many people.
from $499 to $179
I think the call was worth it.
This whole thread is about not informing the customer of the correct status of their orders.
 
I agree, I have a working phone for now which I am fine waiting for the new Curve 8900. My issue is being told it would be here today and now, I am getting a we are back ordered. Someone on another forum is now posting that they were told the earliest the device will be in stock now is March 5 plus the shipping time.
 
Update: I checked the UPS website and it's finally on there, it says Billing Information Received. I'm not quite sure what it means, I'm guessing that's a good thing.
 
Still waiting for ETA. Thinking those who received the message on UPS billing information received, just received that to keep us quiet for a bit till they restock their back order. Its been over 24 hours that i have that "billing information received" and no change of status yet. They should have been some development by now still no ETA or that the product is in route.
Almost felt like progress was being made to get my phone. Disappointing exp.
 
Hi guys. It has been a frustrating couple of days, but I have wonderful news!! I ordered on Thursday (2.12). I tried to track by reference until last night (2.18) and got absolutely nothing. Nada. Zip.

Well, this morning I went to the UPS web site and tracked by reference and I received a full shipping detail with tracking numbers and everything. Here is the wonderful news, my 8900 is showing as shipped on 2.18 and on the truck and OUT FOR DELIVERY already this morning. It looks like I will get it today!!

Keep us all posted on your progress and I will keep my fingers crossed for all you guys who were as aggravated as I was. Good luck.
 
Yeah, once my (express ship $20) left KY UPS facility it only took about 14 hours to my home which is 2 hours by car from Phoenix, and it left at 3:30 AM their time arr. 3:30 pm my time.
 
Well i am still not getting any new info still in the dark with no ETA.
Only Billing Information Received.
Same as saying we are gonna mail something through you guys someday but not yet.
 
Hey Infinite. Don't lose hope for the week quite yet! I checked tracking last night and it was not even in their system. On 11:25 pm last night billing information was received and the phone was in KY. By 3:25 am it was in the main processing center in Denver and by 6:55 am it was on the truck in Englewood. My point being, when something happens, it appears to happen very quickly. You may wake up tomorrow and find that it will arrive before the weekend. I will keep my fingers crossed. Keep us posted.
 
Just received a text message from Tmobile with the tracking number and saying my item has already been shipped. I checked UPS and its now on transit.
