Ok so we had an upgrade on phones about four months ago so I got a new one and it is crap! I got the blackberry pearl flip phone and it delays, turns off when the battery is fully charged, it wouldnt even charge until I took the battery out and put it back in and I am just tired of that happening.
Will T-mobile let me switch phones, but still use my upgrade discount?
