My phone decided to turn itself off yesterday, and upon rebooting it I cant access anything on it. two error messages come up, the 1st is com.google.process.gapps has stopped unexpectedly, and the other is android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. As a result I cant use my phone, and help? Have tried rebooting, removing the battery etc, nothing seems to be working. Cant access my settings to change anything either
