I recently broke my phone that i got from tmobile, ive only had it since december. ive gone threw the insurance company to get my phone repaired but they are giving me the same phone as i had before. i was wanting to see if there was anyway i could get a completely different phone from tmobile. i went up there and they said i had to go threw the insurance company, but they are only giving my the exact phone i had. i want a different one, is this possible?
