T-Mobile(personal) vs Sprint(work) new phone for personal, pls Help!

My situation is as follows.

Personal phone is a T-mobile v188
(no features, nothing)

Work phone is a PPC-6700
(sprint) (love this phone)

Im wanting to purchase a new personal phone from T-mobile.
What options do I have? I wish to have some type of pocket pc.
I saw the MDA offered, but it does not fancy me atm.
Is the 6700 unlockable to be used with T-mobile?
How about the treo?

If my listings above, are wrong. What pocket pc's are available/good to be used with tmobile? please no blackberry.

How about importing a Dopod (otherwise called i-mate) phone? They have a pretty good selection of GSM Pocket PC phones and Smartphones.
