T-Mobile network outage?

I've been having poor voice quality and dropped calls the last 2 days as well here in NY/NJ tristate area.

I really wish I could afford AT&T right about now.

could it have to do with the bad weather nation wide, I don't remember anybody experiencing this in the summer months. Seattle has been hit with some major weather this winter, we had a huge flood last year and this year, This year it hit Bothell, WA pretty bad, and that is where all there nextwork stuff is. The bottom floor was in 6feet of water. (I guess that happens when a typhoon hits WA), this same Typhoon killed at least 25 in Asia a week earlier.

I noticed that the the service hasn't been the same since the TMO Flooding. T-mobile customer service over compensates for the lack of service, cause these issues have only been going on for two months, not forever.

AT&T has the worst customer service in the business, I would never buy anything from them. I remember when a CSR told me tuff luck, that would be $200.00. T-mobile always bends there backs to make there customers happy.

I couldn't tell you what Verizon CS was like since I never had to call them.. my stuff always worked. I'm starting to realize the fact we all have so many encounters with Tmo's excellent CS says something about the actual service.

Not a good something.

T-mobile sucks. Service always out for hours here in whitier. I tell t-mobile drop me but they still want me to pay 200 bucks to drop service. Anybody here in whittier with this problem also? 65 bucks a month for this s***, I mean get real. What the hell is going on?

T-mobile is a wanna be company, service is going down hill as is customer service. So much for their one sided Artbitration Clase.

I live in Georgia and have been having issues since last night. I have not been able to recieve picture messages for about a week. Per t-mobile there is an outage going on in the georgia area, so you might want to give them a call to verify

id have to agree, during the last month ive had issues with tmobiles service. for like 2 days my phone couldnt get onto the edge network so i couldnt get online and i had emails and texts coming in slower than normal. before about a month ago everything was fine so hopefully this will pass and the outage blips will get fixed. Ive had tmobile since i was 18 except for a year i had sprint, which was great except for the customer service so i ended up going back to tmobile.

I see it this way. Compared to the last phone I was using, the data outages we have per year (although they may seem frequent and frustrating) are better than having an outage several times per DAY (on my SideKick) in my own house where I get great signal on my BB.

Lol uh is this a joke? i have full bars (I live in Texas via DFW) and i can't call anyone and i get a message saying "Called failed"
