T-mobile mms question?

I have been having an on going issue with my mms for months now.
Per t-mobile there is an issue with the bb and the mms. When i called they didnt give me a time table for the correction but since I am still having the issue I assume t-mobile is still having an issue. So best advise is reboot the phone (battery in/out), this seems to help me.
 
I've had the same issue, and like kascade3 was told that it was a known issue that they were working on. The frustrating thing is that I've had a Pearl for a year (?) and it worked fine for months and then suddenly stopped. TMO changed something.
