So my rzr w490 Broke, For the 3rd time, I read on t mobile site that i can get a loaner phone free of charge, What are the requirements when i go into t mobile to get a new phone?
Do i have to have the original credit card? The account owner with me? etc..?
I ask because its a family plan, my girlfriend and her brother and her mom all have seperate phones but on same account.
