T-Mobile Linksys router-Security Key not lit

Hello all,

The security key on my router is no longer lit. I've pressed it a number of times. It will turn orange and flash, then go off. I've tried resetting the router using both the reset key and unplugging it separately and also pressing in the reset key while I unplug the router. Could this be an issue with the router or the network? Since T-Mobile is having issues in the NW, I thought I would wait. But this is more of a hardware issue, it shouldn't be the network affecting the security key, correct?

Sounds like a Router issue, the security key dosn't have anything to do with the NW. Log into the router interface and got to Wirless and see if the security is is enabled. If it is a router issue, TMO will have to transfer you to the Manufacuter to get approvel to do a replacement.
