T mobile in Costa Rica?

I will be in Costa Rica for two weeks, I am wondering if I can use my phone. There are very high roaming charges but I wanted to know if T-mobile has a roaming plan that I can pay just like I pay my usual monthly plan. If this isn't possible the what else can I do so my phone works over there? (not renting a phone)
