T-Mobile HTC HD2 WiFi Router App Question!?

I have a T-Mobile HD2, and I downloaded the WiFi router app for it... My PS3 won't read it, and my Xbox says I can't do anything online with it because I have a strict NAT, what does that mean, and how to I change the NAT type? Is there a different WiFi app I could download to make it work with both the PS3 and Xbox so I can go online with it? My area is in HSPA+ if that helps.
