T-Mobile G1 reboot and hang up

I have a T-Mobile G1 Android phone. One day I try to reset all data of phone, but the phone cannot boot up again.

Now, when I started to press the RED key to turn on the phone, it turns on and stopped in the "G1 T-Mobile" logo screen. No matter I try to use "Home + RED" or "Camera + RED" or "Home + GREEN + RED" buttons to restart the phone. It hang up in the same logo screen.

Anyone know what can I do now? many thanks!
 
So, even if you remove the battery, replace the batter, and reboot while holding the camera button and the power button to enter bootloader mode, it still does that?
 
yes, I had remove the battery and replace it again. Then hold any combine of key to start off the phone. The screen still stop on a startup screen. I wait for more than 30 mins, no response on any key press and the screen not change to any mode.
