If you bought something like 2 GB High-speed with Unlimited Web or anything similar, then you have 2 GB high-speed, then it only slows down after you reach the limit. You have unlimited, but your high-speed is limited then it turns really slow. (Ex. 10 seconds to open google) I have 10 GB highspeed plan, very useful for streaming. You can just walk into a TMobile store anytime and ask for help or do your upgrade there.
