Update - Just checked to see if I could get into a customer's account to check if they were elegible for renewal and was able to get in with no issues. You should be able to go in to a store and renew your contract.

I have a friend who works for T-Mobile here in New Mexico and he said they do have a backup system but it is located in Maine and they are having a 'whiteout' up there which is affecting that mainframe as well? Uh, maybe time to think of building a backup sytem in the desert?!?!

i just saw the pictures on those servers they aint pretty.. hope they can salvage something... Thats some deep water
