T-Mobile BIS site not working?

What's up with the site? I'm trying config my e-mails, but for some reason when I click "next" nothing happens. But when I click "cancel" it cancels.

Anyone know?

Im on the site now, having the same problem. It may have to do with the updates there running right now. billing info is not available either.

I have had nothing but problems with the TMO site the last few weeks in general. It never wants to load phone page for me, and their online account management never works right. Will show its loading but then nothing ever shows up :-/

It only works with Internet Explorer (for the BIS page). I've had no luck with Firefox or Safari.

The only problem I have with the T-mobile site using Firefox is when I installed Adobe flash player 10. I had to download and reinstall flash 9 now everything works great.

I concur. It doesn't like to play nice with FireFox. Try IE.

you could always get ie tab and have it set to change the tab to IE when going to Tmo (even though you are still running FF. ) great add-on BTW.

I have a different question. Is T-Mo data down? My prepaid SideKick has been searching for a signal for the past half hour. My BlackBerry email address is slow to get email. I sent a test email a minute ago to it and it hasn't come yet.
