T-Mobile BB Support Direct #?

I work for a call center and I know departments have direct numbers to call instead of going through the prompts. Does anyone have a direct number to the BB department? I know it's not so much of a hassle to say 'blackberry' at the prompt, but it would still be nice. I found these searching, no BB support though:

Well, I'm sure they do have a direct line, they just say they don't so customers will still go through the teleprompt. (I tell the customer's at work the samething, lol). And considering that all the other departments have direct lines, I'm sure BB support does also. If anyone finds anything out, PIN me and post here for the rest of the people, because I'm sure it'll help tons out. Thanks.
 
Okay guys, I did a little more digging around for some more numbers, the customer service one I posted on the first post actually just goes to the IVR now, good news is... I found one that gets you straight to a human!


Customer Service : 1-877‑537‑7389 (Called and verified, straight to a human.)

Tier 2 Tech Support : 1-877‑369‑4588 (I found this and it just said "Tech Support" so I asked what kind of tech support, and it's not BB support it's just basically the level above the CSR's, but it does get you to a human!)

If there are any T-Mobile reps on here, feel free to add any numbers you know of, and hopefully a direct BB support number, hehe
