please i really really really need your help! i have the htc htd2 from tmobile i need to back it up because im downloading this new software that will delete all my contacts. i already made an account on tmobile.com but when ever i try doing mobile backup on my phone it says "access point is missing" what does that mean? like how do i get mobile backup to work? can you please give me step by step instructions on how to get it to work? and i promise i will reword your hard work with 10 points.
