T-Mobile & Asurion Problems? Any advice?

I have 2 multi line business plan contracts with Tmobile. ALL of my employee phone have the Asurion PHP plan. Somehow last year (Aug 09) when I upgraded my phone to a BB Bold 9700 the insurance was dropped on my phone only. I never authorized or requested this. The other 20 phones all have it, always have including mine.
Asurion says hey sorry call T-mobile it was cancelled Aug 09. T-Mobile says sorry but we can't do anything for you, no coverage.
T-Mobile made the mistake, my BB 9700 is malfunctioning (the end call key fell off recently). No help from either side. I have a partial 1 yr upgrade available and T-Mobile won't give me a full discount even thought they mistakenly cancelled my insurance on my phone. (But not the other 20 lines). Any advice??
 
Call them again and ask the to look at the notes the day it was removed. If there is no note that you asked it to me removed tmobile will add it back on and order you a new phone since it was tmobile error. If there is a note I don't know what to tell you. I worked in customer care and if the rep doesn't help you ask for a supervisor.
 
They looked at notes, nothing was on there regarding removing the insurance in fact it was noted the the customer rep I had tried to add it! Thanks meech I'll give it another shot for sure.
 
Well it didn't work but I didn't put up a huge fight. It was an easy decision for me. If Tmo can't recognize their mistake and honor the php that I had and they cancelled, goodbye Tmo. In fact I am really liking my new Sprint HTC Evo phone.

Next I am letting Sprint see if they can match or beat the Tmobile business plan I have, cover the cost of new equipment and early terminations. Sucks I have been with them for many years and carry 18 lines. Thanks meech01 for the advice, wish you still worked there and could've helped me out.
