I bought a phone through Walmart on a T-mobile family plan last Christmas. I kind of want a new phone because mine is not good at all. It says that for a two-year contract to get a new phone I would have to be in the contract for 22 months already. Is there any way I could get a new phone now even though the contract has only been for 12 months so far? Also, who would I call, T-mobile or Walmart? Thanks for any answers
