The T-mobile BB plan w/o nights and weekends does not include unlimited (or any amount, actually) of texting; it simply offers the possibility of a text add-on. I spent 20 minutes with a T-mobile rep confirming this. You'll notice that the verbiage on the page posted above by trigga15 says "unlimited e-mail" and "unlimited web browsing" but with regard to text, "text messaging": There's no mention of unlimited.
 
I'm on the BlackBerry Minutes & Mail Enterprise plan w/ 1000 minutes. I can confirm text messaging is unlimited. (be aware international texting is $0.15/message)

You can also add 400 night minutes (9p-7a) for $2.99/month.
