T.G.I. Friday's "Right Portion Right Price"?

I'm looking at their menu online and they have items that say "Right Portion Right Price" next to them. My friend ordered something that said "Right Portion Right Price" next to it and it was a smaller portion than what I ordered. Could she have asked them for a regular size portion and just paid the difference?
