System Tool infection (please look at OTL log)?

I have the System Tool infection. Was in forbes.com when my Java tried to open and I knew it wouldn't be good. Quickly shut the window and seemed fine for a couple minutes. Then all the symptoms that are in the removal guide (http://www.geekstogo...or-system-tool/) happened. Got out of everything as fast as I could and shut down quickly. Restarted in safe mode without network connection. Before things went to pieces I had managed to update my MB definitions and ran that. It detected one folder (rogue.systemtool) and one registry entry of the same name, which it deleted. Restarted again in safe mode, this time with network connections. Ran MB again and it came up clean. Ran a check of Microsoft Security Essentials, which turned up clean. I was hoping things were going well when nothing was being found. When researching further, I ran into a person in the MB forum who had a similar infection. I know not to follow other directions, but the helper pointed to a free ESET online scanner. Figured it couldn't hurt, so I ran it thinking it would also turn up empty but it returned several items located in my Java cache. None of them carry specific names, however, and I know files will remain in caches. It removed those. I also ran SuperAntiSpyware, which returned nothing but the usual cookies. An additional scan using ESET returned no further items. Following all of this, I ran OTL I have *not* done a regular boot since and am, quite frankly and for lack of a better term, scared to since I have read several forums where people are unable to get their systems to boot at all with this.

The log can be found at http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/topic/292887-system-tool-infection-otl-log-included/ I attempted to load it in here but it was too much of a pain. While I love G2G, it usually takes three days for a response and I suspect my system may already be clean so that is a long time to be worried.

THANK YOU!
