syncing photos to Ipod touch?

I am hoping someone like Ipod Goody (Landon) can help me on the Ipod touch I have purchased. I have learned how to down load music form Tunes, but syn icing the photos is getting the best of me. I finally saved a few picture in a folder and was able to sync but the problem is when I try to sync new pictures, it replaces the old one with a new ones, so I can never get all the pictures I want (about 20 of them) on my Ipod touch. Please help me.

to syncronise a ipod you must go into Itunes and connect your ipod and it should find it, then go to file and then sync.
