syncing k7001 with outlook; missing calendar events

I started using the SE sync program with my k700i and it seemed to work fine. Then, after a few times, it seems like something got messed up. Not all the entries on the outlook calendar are getting sent to the phone now. I have changed the type of entry and set alarms, I've edited existing entries and made new ones but I can't figure out why some of these entries wont sync.

Using
Windows XP pro (2002), with SP2, Outlook 2003

Any ideas? Thanks ;)
