Yes but you'll have to use Outlook as the desktop client.

I know of no easy way to do it with the Palm Desktop. You can make one TX the Master and one the Slave. The master - you'd copy the .dat files for each PIM portion that you'd want to share to the user folder for the slave. This would be a manual process. If you look in the folders on the PC for the device - you'll see Address Book .dat, Datebook. dat etc for each PIM application. These are the files that you could copy from the Master to the slave....they would be the same name just in different folders for each TX's username.

In Outlook, it can be set up to use the same mail profile/user profile so that all of the data is shared. But if you didn't want to share contacts - then you'd have to start by using Pocket Mirror Pro XT and setting up certain subfolders within Outlook that could then be mapped to each device.
