i have the verizon wireless venus..have the v-cast music on my computer... i used to just plug phone and and hit sync on phone and the v cast/rap program came up....now everytime i try it it says check connection cable and retry...phone uses same cord to charge and it charges fine...i uninstalled and reinstalled vcast but still nothing....anyone tell me what is going on or what i am doing wrong????thanks
