Actually, coming off of it you would begin to feel normal again. It's while you're on it that you have side effects: high blood pressure, hyper, trouble sleeping, etc....
I agree with Titchou. Typically when I've been on Prednisone, I'm actually feeling better than before. I've never had side effects as I end my treatment.
